Mazda3 street racing accident last nite in Lasalle?

I just heard on the radio that a Mazda3 was involved in a accident last nite and the driver is not likely to survive. It happened last night in Lasalle on Newman boulevard. The guy (or girl) was suposedely street racing and took the curve too fast and hit a cement wall. Hope it's not someone from here!

There also was a Mazda3 crash on the 720 (Autoroute Ville-Marie) going east. Apparently, the car was smashed to pieces. A couple of my friends saw it and were afraid it might be me (Same car, same color, etc...) Fortunately, I didn't drive my car into a wall last night, and I hope the driver makes it...

Please careful ppl, Montreal roads are incredibly dangerous these days, with all those potholes and morons thinking they're f***ing Schumacher or something

(coarse language was required to express my thoughts on that matter, sorry to those who were offended)

I feel bad for the compadres that were in thoise acidents, hopefully no serious bodily harm...but shoot, there goes the insurance price !

I think there is no excuse for street driving, even if you are the best driver in the world... the guy knew what he was doing, and he paid for it.

Same idea as FTemplar regarding street racing... no excuse and glad the racer paid for it, HOWEVER, if they took the lives or injured any other people, then they deserve to burn in Hell for eternity.

I have to street drive. It's the only way I can get to work.

Hey Templar, where do you live in MTL, I've seen a couple (or is it just one ?...) Winning blue GT hatch like mine. (except Bob's here) Maybe it was you, maybe it wasn't...but there is now 4...yes 4 Mazda3s on my street alone including mine, the 3 other's are GS sedans but still. Exclusivity is gone guys, hope you enjoyed it while it lasted !
