Good Riddance F2

Listen guys I know it is a tough situation here...but please let us handle this in a way that we promised. Thanks to those that are alerting us to this, we do not want this to get out of hand.....

Let me give you a rundown on how this went down....
1) We (our mechanic business) would buy rotors and pads and other parts from F2
2) We have about 4-5 years of business relationship
3) We were approached about taking over the part of the business which we dealt with (rotors and other things)...
4) We then saw all that F2 had on the plate
5) My dad which has been in business for over 25 years saw a chance
6) We asked if we can take some of the other parts, they said yes!
7) No money was exchanged but a contract was drawn by our attorney for F2, just to make sure no liability will follow us but we did agree to handle these orders...
8) Since then we have looked at all the parts and we have contacted all parties at this time...
9) F2 is closed and is from what I understood in bankruptcy proceedings, his attorney got our letter from our attorney..( my dad handled this part of the deal and always handled F2 orders, I did not but I am tasked to handle it from this point on)

So here we are trying to make good on these pending things...we will complete these orders and take some time after to sort this out...we have to see how we will proceed with things as we are new to the online and website stuff. We deal with oil changes and walk in customers only so this is a little new to us.

from what I have only two people ordered the supercharger and they are receiving parts as we speak, the engine order is being filled as well but that is all we know of at this time. At least from what I see most if not all the parts are here for these outstanding orders, so the money did not go to waste....

I do know that a few other companies or people came by and picked up the other parts F2 had but not sure what they are doing with it...

We are wanting to help and close this out and making this any worse by threats does not really help anyone, it sucks what happened but we have been on the other side as well. There is no real winner in any way if you start going doing a path of destruction or harassment for that matter. Let's work together and then we can start working on the plan for a return of these parts we have here for mass production. We already purchased a Mazda 3 for ourselves, it is used but it will do....we also got some engines so we can mock up the supercharger.

So again just like we took care of Dugger_8 so will everyone else....I hope this sheds some light on the situation and how it went down and how it will be handled and WE LOOK FORWARD TO SERVING YOU ALL VERY SOON! The legal stuff must first be handled!

Thanks to Rhett for the encouraging words the other day, also to Dugger for being so pleasant and of course Howard, all of you have been great and have said the same things....this Forum thing is brutal from what I see and very new to me so forgive me for not being in here....

when I emaild UPS they replyed saying:

Dear Hussam,

Thank you for your reply. I have checked your shipment in our tracking system again. Our records still indicate that billing information was received for this tracking number on 11/09/09. However, our system does not show that this package was physically picked up from the shipper's location. Please have your shipper contact us to initiate further investigations.

I am sorry for any inconvenience associated with this situation.

Sorry Hussam,

I was recovering from my sickness and my whole family got sick...

But what I found out is that an employee was stealing and this package and others are gone...

So the only thing left is to re do a kit for you but I cannot purchase another Garrett for you...that is the best I can do for you so let me know what you think...thanks

All I can say is that it is common unfortunately that people are losing thier asses because of this recession, Vega has always had problems being timely, but in the end he always delivered qaulity merchandise, and yeah I know about the sway bar defect, sometimes structual flaws don't become apparent until later on, I know the details behind what went down and why he had to give up F2, all I can say is that he had no choice because he was up against the wall.....in this economy it could happen to any of us, all it takes is a couple thing set in motion and next thing you know your fucked and there is not a damn thing you can do about it.....in my opinion he was not out to screw anyone over....he made sure to try and get the orders that were made finalized through Tony, and that is what is happening, yeah im guilty of doing some bashing on him but I think under the circumstance we should lay off all of the negative comments because it is not helping anything.

Why buy a troubled company? if you buy it, expect all the reputational problems and any other pre-existing preoblems to roll down to you. At this moment i still feel cheated unless my refund or order is complete.

If you start up a company using F2 parts, you WILL have a black mark from it that will take alot to get rid of. I'm sorry but whichever this new company is, people will have a hard time trusting. with the internet age, rumors spread faster than u think

ummmmm sorry tony, but this shit was out of hand well before you got involved. and it may serve you and this crumbled business you acquired to post on here more often an not continue to leave everyone in the dark .......as was vega's style.

Reporting that I have recieved an intercooler and piping, he says he will have the rest is on the way.....this Tony guy is making good on these orders. Good news!

Yeah you should contact Tony as he is the one shipping out the orders. Ricardo is finishing up the outstanding orders and Tony is shipping them out.

no way, im stepping my game up i had no internet access for sometime but i got it back up, if there are any serious issues going on please bring them to my attention i would hate for pg to leave here and we def do not want it to.
